Why school leaders?

Heads of schools can effect change on a multitude of individuals. They mentor teachers who mentor students who will become mentors in the future themselves.

School leaders take on a huge task. They carry a heavy burden. Yet they receive very low financial compensation and decreasing social appreciation.

Educ18 wants to make sure that school leaders are in optimal condition, have maximum training, and enjoy ultimate career satisfaction in running high-performing schools. After all, excellent school leaders mean excellent teachers and excellent teachers mean excellent students.
