These are terms of special interest in the last few years.  Leadership experts have attained celebrity status with millions signing up for “life-altering” leadership seminars and packing up on books about decision-making, mind-setting, and life-planning.

How about SCHOOL LEADERSHIP?

Has this aspect of leadership gotten enough attention?  It probably hasn’t.

Principals interviewed in Metro Manila say they did not receive any formal leadership training prior to assuming their post.  Some say they would be more effective in their jobs had they been better equipped with managerial skills.

With school as the primary source of knowledge and skills, its leadership is most critical.
